ACBA Young Lawyers Recognized by The Press of Atlantic City for Community Outreach
The ACBA Young Lawyers Division engages in philanthropic and charitable outreach projects as a means to give back to the community in which we live (and in which many of us have grown up). While what we do is not done for the purpose of praise and awards, public recognition is an important means for us to raise money to continue our charitable and community outreach projects.
For the first time ever, the Press of Atlantic City has chosen to recognize the YLD's hardwork towards the Annual Children's Holiday Party and other community outreach projects in its online publication. You can read the article by clicking here.
We hope that ACBA members and members of the public will read this article to get a feel for all that goes into a simple event like the Children's Holiday Party. Hopefully, it will encourage others to make a donation, in any amount, which will allow the YLD to continue events like the Children's Holiday Party, Franklin Institute Traveling Science Show and Arden Theatre Trip.
