YLD Sponsors Big Brothers Big Sisters Trip to Adventure Aquarium

On November 19, 2017, The Young Lawyers Division sponsored a trip for the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Atlantic & Cape May Counties to the Adventure Aquarium in Camden, New Jersey. Due to the outstanding fundraising efforts of the YLD, the cost of the entire trip, complete with transportation, was covered for 20 pairs.

On the trip, the participants had the opportunity to explore the aquariums two million gallons of tanks, including the only hippopotamus exhibit in the world and the longest Shark Bridge in the United States. In addition to seeing many of the aquarium's 8,500+ species up close, they got to stick their hands in some of the touch tanks to experience the wildlife firsthand.

The YLD is excited about being able to provide this opportunity for Big Brothers Big Sisters and looks forward to working with them and other valuable community outreach groups in the future to continue to give back to Atlantic County.
